Throughout every assignment, the Directors' Secretaries team maintains a strong sense of responsibility towards our clients and candidates. We manage every stage of the selection process with care and integrity before, during and following each appointment. First of all, one of our consultants visits each client, to ensure that we have an accurate understanding of their business, culture and their specific requirements. Great care is taken in selecting the right person for the right role. Based upon your brief, we shall search for and screen candidates thoroughly for compatibility of experience, skills and attitude. Then, we send you a carefully-selected shortlist of PAs and arrange interviews within an agreed time-frame. As soon as you have made your selection, we continue to support you through the rest of the recruitment process.

Permanent Placements

We pride ourselves on our track record in providing permanent staff for senior executives in commerce and industry quickly and without fuss – and several of our PAs have remained in their appointments for many years. Most of our candidates have worked previously at Director level and are selected for their excellent IT skills, flexibility and personality.

Temporary Support

With a number of high calibre temporary PAs on our books, we have fulfilled assignments for Directors of many of the major companies in London, as well as smaller and private businesses. We keep in close contact with our temporary PAs, all of whom have been thoroughly interviewed, so that we can react rapidly when a vacancy needs to be filled. Clients tell us that our temporaries are popular, frequently ask them to return and many stay on with our clients on a permanent basis.
